Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Sirani Life Coaching. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and coaching services. By purchasing a coaching session or package, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Sirani Life Coaching
Sirani Life Coaching provides professional life coaching services designed to help individuals improve their personal growth, relationships, confidence, mindset, and overall well-being. Life coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, or medical advice.
2. Coaching Packages
Each coaching session lasts 60 minutes. We offer the following coaching packages:
Discovery Session
- 1 coaching session
- Duration: 60 minutes
Essential Package
- 6 coaching hours
- Recommended completion within 2 weeks
- Maximum of 3 sessions per week
Premium Package
- 9 coaching hours
- Recommended completion within 3 weeks
- Maximum of 3 sessions per week
Signature Package
- 12 coaching hours
- Recommended completion within 4 weeks
- Maximum of 3 sessions per week
Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability.
3. Booking & Scheduling
Appointments are confirmed only after payment has been received.
Clients are responsible for attending appointments on time.
Late arrivals may reduce the duration of the session.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify Sirani Life Coaching at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
If the required notice is respected:
- Your coaching hour will remain available.
- You may reschedule your session for another available date.
If you fail to cancel within 48 hours, the session may be considered completed and deducted from your package.
5. Expiration of Coaching Packages
To ensure continuity and progress: The 6-hour package should ideally be completed within 2 weeks. The 9-hour package should ideally be completed within 3 weeks. The 12-hour package should ideally be completed within 4 weeks.
If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact Sirani Life Coaching to discuss possible arrangements.
6. Refund Policy
All coaching services are non-refundable. If you decide that Sirani Life Coaching is not the right fit for you, you may discontinue your coaching at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for sessions already purchased. Unused coaching hours remain available according to your package conditions.
7. Confidentiality
Your privacy is respected. Everything discussed during coaching sessions remains strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law or you provide written consent.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to: Attend sessions prepared and on time. Participate honestly and actively. Take responsibility for their own decisions and actions. Communicate respectfully throughout the coaching relationship.
9. Respect & Professional
Conduct Sirani Life Coaching is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every client. Any form of: Harassment, Threats, Hate speech, Racism, Discrimination, Sexual harassment, Abusive language, Intimidation, Inappropriate behavior toward the coach or Sirani Life Coaching staff will result in the immediate termination of coaching services without any refund.
10. No Guarantee of Results
Every client’s journey is unique. While Sirani Life Coaching is committed to providing high-quality coaching and support, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Success depends on each client’s commitment, participation, and personal effort.
11. Limitation of Liability
Sirani Life Coaching shall not be held responsible for any personal, financial, emotional, or professional decisions made by clients during or after the coaching process. Clients remain fully responsible for their own choices and actions.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, coaching materials, logos, graphics, videos, and downloadable resources, is the exclusive property of Sirani Life Coaching. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Swedish courts.
